What we specify

ConventionalSeparate arrester and cutout, cover-mounted primary bushings, conventional oil-filled tank. The default for utility and agricultural service where the utility supplies its own protection.

Completely self-protected (CSP)Arrester, fuse and breaker integrated into the unit. Reduces pole hardware and installation labour, and is what most utilities require on new residential and light commercial taps.
